I lived in that neighborhood in 1999-2000. It actually was a cool neighborhood then. It started having problems in 2008-2009. I left wisconsin entirely in 2010. Not sure wtf is going on there, but wisconsin properties essentially all increased in value at the cpi bogus rate. Except for most of mke county. The houses with direct lakefront kill it, and downtown slaughter houses and breweries turned to condos make money. Fuck wisconsin
