I wouldn't exactly call it a "desirable area" but the 53211 zip code where he lives is at least 75% white. He's on the south end of the UWM student housing hovel area. 53212 to the west is where it gets sketchier, probably half black, then 53205 and 53206 adjacent to that is the true ghetto, around 90% black.
