None of these people are actually his friends. They're all losers (I'm always surprised at how many are unemployed and "disabled") who think because he's published a few books and has Twitter followers that he is special in some way. They don't like him enough or care enough to look into him or his behavior. They also don't have any meaningful interactions with him.
