But this part of his pro se argument is my favorite. He states as a fact that Quasi is John Gibney III, and his citation is A) a tweet thread filled with pure speculation and zero evidence, and B) a tweet thread by a complete lunatic with zero credibility. Outside of this, he provides literally no evidence.
But then later in the argument, he states, almost as a matter of course, something like "now that John Doe 1 has been revealed to be John Gibney III, we can go after him". Apparently all you need to do to legally identify a John Doe is have one of your crazy friends tweet a name with no evidence, then cite that tweet, and the court has no choice but to agree with you. Even though, months later, no one has gone after John Gibney because even someone as stupid and gullible and fat as Pat knows he screwed up big time.
