No, they didn't. In the video Pat linked:
- NBC guy asks (emphasis mine), "42 times, police have actually come, in some form, to your door?"
- NBC guy says to the camera, "The Milwaukee Police Department tells NBC News they have been to Patrick and Niki's house at least 40 times..."
There is a vast gulf between getting SWAT-ed and the police showing up to leave a card or knocking on your door just to check in with you. Pat is calling everything a SWAT-ing incident. NBC News and Brian are much more discerning.

Prelim research seems to put events with actual weapons drawn at 3 possibly 4. The others are probably when he was refusing to let them see nikki or go inside and was threatened with forced entry. IE the 7 complaints arent of armed response, just a response piggy wasnt happy with.
