He’s not constitutionally disqualified from holding office under the 14th amendment. This was decided in a SC case earlier this year. They said they don’t have the power to decided that and threw it to the Congress, who did nothing. But Pat declared the SC illegitimate, and he’s stupid.
It’s just that Democrats got BTFO. House and Senate both Republican and now Trumps back with a win in the popular vote. Every swing state lost. They’re more focused on their own party and wtf happened than what Trump’s gonna do, especially because elected officials of the party are basically signaling that they’re not gonna oppose Trump like they did the first time.

It's a retarded point of view. States run elections but they're not qualified to determine who is constitutionally eligible to run. It was up to congress to determine if Obama was barred. The senate passed a non binding resolution holding McCain eligible as a natural born citizen. And the supreme Court ruled Colorado had no say re: Trump. It's a retarded misunderstanding of constitutional law.
I understand the supreme Court is illegitimate and part of the coup, but for the moment they still seem to have the final word on federal questions.
