Let's break down this tweet
1. People should address the insanity that is the black violent crime numbers
2. He has been called a racist for decades. He doesn't understand why he is being called a racist.
1. No sane person would disagree that black people commit per capita more crimes in the US than white people, and that is is problem that should be addressed. In fact, in the United States, black people are more likely to see violent crime as a major national problem than white people. This is because black people are more likely also the victims of black violence.
Pointing out the issue does not make anyone a racist. Some stupid people online might call you a racist for that, but that doesn't make it so. The basic facts are not in any sort of dispute.

2. However being absolutely monomaniacal about the issue while calling black people animals and wishing for black people to be killed does make you a racist.
