- gets a nice chunk of followers and a blue check for Drumpfposting
- brothermen get him banned
- he pays five thousand united states dollars to get it back
- takes an obese victory lap
- they don’t give him back his precious blue check
- actual space guy and right wing billionaire Elon Musk who he absolutely hates buys twitter
- now anybody can have a blue check
- twitter is now less moderated than 4chan and the brothermen relentlessly tease him
- he has nowhere else to turn because he has no followers anywhere else and nobody cares about

Even if he does this it’ll be a nothing-burger. So you’ll be able to see someone’s Twitter, but not like or reply to them, so this means nothing. Twitter has had the option for years to “show blocked/muted accounts” and Rick already uses it so he can find stlaker tweets and view the tweets of people he’s blocked. Now that former option will the default.

This move is pointless.
