What does "winning" the lawsuit even look like to Rick?

I know he's completely insane so it's almost pointless to even speculate on these things but what does he think winning looks like in this scenario? Let's say he uncovers one, or even multiple people here. So what? What's he going to do with that information? There's only two people here that I know about who text him and post evidence of it and that's the closest thing to a "crime" that occurs. Even that is probably just a misdemeanour and would be completely negated by the fact that he constantly responds with insults and threats.

Let's say he did identify somebody who was texting him though and actually made them face some serious punishment, such as having to pay him damages. What does he imagine is going to happen to the rest of the cyberstlakers in that scenario? Even if quasi folded and shut this place down, it wouldn't matter. His KF thread is at 135K views now - it's constantly on the front page there and gets a lot of activity every single day. He's already a historic lolcow at this point and there's nothing he's going to do to prevent being laughed at by the internet.
