Haha him and piss-teeth will have liens on everything from Quasi and the SFWA both.

In some states if you have a lien on a house you can force a sale of the house once the value is high enough. Basically the mortgage lien is the first priority so you can force a sale when:
  • current value of the house - amount still owed to the mortgage > secondary lien

Most debt collectors won't force a sale since its costs several thousand dollars and its not worth it. They just let the liens sit as an investment portfolio and get the money back when the house sells normally.

Individuals might see it as worth since, lets say they could get back 30k , pay 5k for the sale, and that's better than the risk of waiting.

He said we think he's paying for the lawsuit himself, despite absolutely everyone saying there's no way he can afford this and either funded it with PPP fraud or an SFWA loan. Delusional piglet.
Anth didn't even pursue dumb shit like this and he was a millionaire. There's not a solitary soul that thought Rick makes the kind of scratch to spend on suing 60 John Does when it's cost prohibitive to sue just one.

They just did a HELOC. CurrentValue(hovel)-Mortgage(hovel) is not a large amount
