Live chat with a camera. People would hop into rooms related to the show. Anthony was using it to feed him lines, and look at ugly trolls who would flash him once in awhile. Nana being in charge, would often ban people and brag about it. It was pretty much that faggot Steve from Bayshore.

During one of the staff fights it's brought up that Erock was supposed to get promoted but had an incident and got stepped over. It ain't the way he wanted it and he says he had to sign a paper and wasn't allowed to talk about it.
What was the incident they were referring to? It wasn't Ben's allegations that he fucked a girl in the studio, was it?

Most likely him having sex with a girl in the studio. Which was not an uncommon thing for O&A staff members (who could get erections with women that is). They had interns getting escorts as a goof or in a few cases street hookers. They were having the porn stars basically hook themselves on air in completely obvious ways. And of course "the show we can't talk about" where underage girls are getting drunk and raped. Lobster girl is another. People can probably think of more.

This was not brought up on air, when Erock had that crying incident with Justine Jolie or whoever she was, when his fiance called him during the show, as she likely knew of Erock's history with women on the show and didn't want him spanking a girl leading to other stuff. Erock's finance likely knew of the incident of him nailing some girl on the mixing console. Or at least the rumor. The reason why Erock started crying (a preview of Tequila and Donuts Day) is because the conversation could have taken a bad turn for him at any moment.

One of the things that management hated was when O&A would interact with civilians. If they wanted to put mousetraps on each other or wear doody hats made out of shit or smear baby shit on their faces it was one thing because they were doing it to each other. But getting random strangers or women who were not part of the show involved was a legal disaster waiting to happen. During the first XM Homeless Shopping Spree they had listeners buying tons of alcohol for the staff and the homeless bums just to create more chaos. As well as staff encouraging the bums to drink and buying them booze at the bars. The next year the Homeless Shopping Spree had management ban all alcohol purchases and told staff to steer the homeless away from the bars. Because they didn't want people doing stuff like drinking and driving and puking in the mall and have it get blamed on O&A. One year later the entire event would just be banned by management.

There was an event once called T&A with O&A. It was held at a bar in Buffalo where they did topless volleyball with women and dancers all night. The party became extremely out of control with people basically doing drugs and fucking in public in large numbers. Some of the people there were so offended that they called the police.....but hilarious a few people called the FCC to have O&A arrested like the FCC was the FBI. And that event wasn't even broadcast or recorded it was just a bar appearance and people still called the FCC. O&A must have felt invincible after that whole ordeal because within two or three weeks they did Sex for Sam 3 and really tested management. Maybe if Dani Brand had called the FCC on Anthony instead of the Long Island Police Department he might have gone to jail.

I always though there was more to that other story of Anthony getting rid of a couch because a kid wiped snot on it or something. All in with the couch boofing theory
