Looked up this "logical fallacy" he referred to and it's such a crock of shit redditor invention.

It basically boils down to "Well obviously my position is the right one, so I shouldn't even have to address the opposing view." Faggoty, hand waving dismissiveness that is itself a logical fallacy: the appeal to ridicule.
