This is what he's clinging to now - "I'm not paying childy child, sweetie boy, baby infant, honeysuckle little one."

This is what he thinks would be a victory.

You won't be acting like this in front of the judge, Fatrick. I hope Mr Peña has showed the judge just how much contempt you have for him, his courtroom, and the legal system in general.

I'm sorry, who are you?

Nice rapidly increasing detachment from reality, stupid.

"You're not the real Attorney Resto but in fact the incel mastermind quasi himself!" --Gumshoe Rick
I remember at the beginning of all this, he acted for months like everyone fucking with him was just one guy. I guess I thought he'd grown out of that at some point, but it's probably some deliberate choice. He probably thinks that if Quasi's quash gets shot down, he at least has one name and he'll just attribute everything to that one name he has. Fat people are stupid.

That's his "win"? The fact that all the money he spent on the lawsuit was OTHER PEOPLE'S hard earned cash, not his. Haha!
Loved how he autistically screamed over Josiah's valid criticisms of Pat's lack of guilt over spending over $100k from well intentioned idiots. It's like he's bragging about not having enough balls/money to finance this himself and instead conned others into buying his victim horseshit.

I mean, what else does he have? He was catfished and spilled intimate details of his case to a prank caller and when the ruse was finally revealed, he sperged out like an effeminate fag voice. There are articles detailing it being published on a well-known website. He's 120k in the hole for a failing lolsuit. His attempts at beating the atalkers have only lead to more people finding out the real truth about him. He's got no book deal. He's got no movie deal. He's got no job, no real source if income. It's the only thread he's clinging to at this point.

I may have dropped 100k but you spent 25 thousand and you're not getting it back atalker.

Couple all of that with the fact that he's 41 years old and has made nothing of his life and it's just a pathetic, miserable existence. That's why he's constantly lashing out and has anger issues. It's not the booze or the atalkers. Nobody hates him nearly as much as he hates himself.

All that money you spent is gone, and you are never getting it back.
*hits "Return" twice for effect*
And it's really got you scared.
Setting aside the fact that Pat is not conversing with Queso and therefore "BrintonResto" has not spent a nickel, there's this from El Tigre's latest filing:

Here's the lowdown on CCP §1987.2(c):

Relevant section:

(c) If a motion is filed under Section 1987.1 for an order to quash or modify a subpoena from a court of this state for personally identifying information, as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 1798.79.8 of the Civil Code , for use in an action pending in another state, territory, or district of the United States, or in a foreign nation, and that subpoena has been served on any Internet service provider, or on the provider of any other interactive computer service, as defined in Section 230(f)(2) of Title 47 of the United States Code , if the moving party prevails, and if the underlying action arises from the moving party's exercise of free speech rights on the Internet and the respondent has failed to make a prima facie showing of a cause of action, the court shall award the amount of the reasonable expenses incurred in making the motion, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Emphasis mine. Oopsie doodles, Pat! Looks like, according to the law, if Queso prevails, you better get out your (or, more likely, Mama Raven's) checkbook.
