In a neighbourhood like fat's, even though it's pretty shitty (& they've thrown even cheaper housing next to him blocking 1/4+ of his windows), the person opposite would be shouting to a few people at best... Unless of course they where shouting fat's way, in which case they see fats as one of the asshoes coming to their neighbourhood & colonialising it, displacing indigenous people in the process.

TLDR: even if remotely true (doubtful) it's bad for pat.
