He’s not even sure this user is one of the John does named in the lol suit. He just thinks anyone who brings up his insane behavior automatically is being sued even though he can’t name a single person he’s suing. His court case has been nothing but delays and extensions due to being so vague and unable to even name who they are suing.

Imagine putting that much time and money in a civil suit with no real names in it and then thinking you are winning. He is putting him and his household into financial ruin because he likes to be a prick to people on twitter but got mad that people pushed back. Then he is going to play victim that the trolls ruined his life when he never had a name to sue in the first place. Judge Ashley tried to save him from himself that he should try to file this when he actually has someone to sue but they proceeded anyways. The repercussions of these suits failing are all his own doing.

Not to mention that technically shouldn’t it be 300 John Does? I was going to post a thread asking about that but then just mumbled ‘what a fag this guy is’ and left it at that.
