Have you ever been for-real bitten by a person? It's way worse. I've been stabbed and cracked over the head repeatedly by skateboards and batons and that's all preferable to being bitten. Biting someone is such a weird, childish thing to do.

It's Freudian. Freud described certain behavior in terms of the anus- "anal retentive." Now I've heard criticisms of this concept, but it refers to certain human actions that are focused on body parts. Your ass and your mouth, primarily. And it's fundamentally childish. A child is concerned with its own orifices; a man is concerned with the world around him.
