I agree. I listened for the first couple of years and one day I said to myself, what am I doing? Jim isn't funny any longer. I have no interest in wrestling. Neither seems aware of common male behavior. Sam, somewhat, knows pop culture...sort of like a teenage girl that follows whatever is big at the time. He knows nothing about rock bands, just what was on the radio and popular only. Jim isn't aware of any pop culture outside of Black Sabbath and KISS. I don't want to hear about the craft of comedy.

I would sit there on big news/political items days, waiting for Jim and Sam's take on them. That rarely happened. Either they didn't mention it or you could tell Jim had no knowledge of it or was doing his fence sitting thing or had to turn it into a media are scumbags rant.

I was done. They offered me zero entertainment or insight. Buh bye.

Exactly. These are just not interesting me. Troy Quan knows nothing either. Travis is the only one that seems to have some sense as to what's going on in the world. If they gave him the Opie steer the ship spot, put Sam on second mike and Jim as the comedic relief here and there, maybe...just maybe...there would be some content of interest to listen. Unfortunately, without someone calling out these two dopes, it's just boring as hell.

The one thing better about Sam Roberts over Anthony Cumia is that he was bred and raised in higher stock than that Long Island tin knocker. Unfortunately, he has none of the funny.
