Can business owners who took PPP loans (thus verifying that they are business owners) have their fake reviews and prison threats reported to the FTC under this new rule? I guess we'll find out. If anyone ever wanted to review a book they genuinely purchased it seems like it's probably safe to review it again without being sued for no real reason. I would bet it applies to any faked or gamed airbnb reviews but that's up to the FTC to decide.

It almost reads like you can't review your own shitty books before they're published either. Thanks Biden

Minc Law is gonna have a hard time with this one
Great point

How will this affect his bad reviews on Goodreads?
See something say something is the best course of action.

I mean if someone has a blog that's part of their author business, you review the public blog post in the comments, and they edit it to look positive. Would that be a violation?

Rick's argument from the very beginning was simple: In the Black is a literary masterpiece, and everyone who reads it understands that. Therefore, every negative review is from someone who either hasn't read the book, or has read it and is insanely jealous of how perfectly written it is.

This is not a case of subjectivity - capeshit movies are lame, I think Taylor Swift's music sucks. No no no, it is an objective fact that In the Black is a five-star novel, therefore all one-star reviews are fraudulent.

He's way more delusional and complicated than some shitty Chinese restaurant that wants to remove all negative Yelp reviews.
