I think it’s more of a Hail Mary that someone would take him up on it. He wants a physical confrontation cause then the law could actually come on his side. You can’t get a TRO on someone who lives 1000 miles away.

Everything Rick has done is with the sole purpose of trying to shut down what iteration of this site is existing at the time. Every time something fails, he’s escalated it. Now that almost everything else has failed he’s got no choice to force something physical. Rick wants to escalate it to the point where he wants to shoot someone for calling him a fat faggot. He thinks that shooting and killing someone will fix all his problems.
