There was also a Canadian Pickers and it was as bad as you'd imagine. It seems like it's just for show. This guy has an encyclopedic knowledge of old cars and he got annoyed that they didn't seem to know fuck all and they were wasting his time.

I don't know if they brought the cameras or if the guys were just there to scout the location or whatever but I couldn't imagine this guy playing the TV game either. Like if they tried to get him to repeat something he said for the camera he'd be like "I just fucking said it."

I don’t think you get it. They edited pickers so it sounds like they’re saying a dirty word. It’s a pretty high brow bit. I just don’t understand why he reissued it on his podcast where he finally didn’t have to listen to Opie and make terrible radio bits for YouTube.
