I'm assuming one has to load them into brass, etc. themselves. Then when he launches a "less than lethal" piece of plastic/rubber into someone's eyes/intestines at 1700(?) fps and only succeeds in injuring them enough to require constant medical care for the rest of their life guess which retarded cow will be liable. There is no conceivable use case where this is a good idea. None. In NY less so 10-fold.

Rubber-Composite bullets were a gimmick a few years ago to get around loopholes in a few States that have since closed said loopholes. Otherwise, they're just shitty subsonic bullets that won't cycle correctly in a semi-automic pistol and will foul up the rifling of the barrel pretty quickly.

There's a reason you see law enforcement use less than lethal rubber bullets out of smoothbore shotguns that are designed to be manually cycled.

Retards thought that less than lethal would better "legally" protect them in self defense shootings in certain States like CA, MD & NY, because composite bullets weren't defined or something. They're bullets fired from gun, so of course they're lethal.

It was was a stupid fad during COVID when the price of 9mm/5.56mm ammo skyrocketed due to lack of availability: it's why you see this 9mm rubber bullet fad pop up during 2021/2022 then quickly fade away.

There's absolutely no reason to use them. If you want non lethal force, get pepper spray or a taser.
