Brought up in another thread but this deserves its own topic (does it? have sex more *shitting noises*).

Brinton Resto is no longer with Minc Law. He's a big boy striking out on his own. Either that or Minc Law tossed him for fucking up a case so bad it is frankly embarrassing even for them. He brought in six figures of billable hours but he left more on the table! You're fired!

You might think he's delving into his love of wine law but no he's sticking with people getting called fat online.

What I Do In A Nutshell

I can probably find out who anonymously posted something unlawful and help you get things off the web.
Decisive.

Our Team

Brinton J. Resto, Attorney Principal

Brinton started as a general practitioner before focusing his practice on Internet and Data Privacy Law. He has helped obtain six-figure settlements and removed countless sources of online content through legal action and professional persuasion.
Six-figures!

He made the move last month, I wonder why?

He also brags about six-figure settlements:

"Professional persuasion" Boy does that sound douchey.

"I can probably find out who anonymously posted something unlawful and help you get things off the web." A real ringing endorsement of your skill and ability to potential clients who you're bilking for hundreds per hour.

I bet he was fired because of us. Honestly. Minc did not want to be connected to him. I mean. Theres a video of him jerking off some guy in Minc's office.
I think it's very likely. Firms tend to not appreciate attorney's who allow clients to rack up enormous fees; particularly when there is obviously little to no chance of success. Spending most likely hundreds of billable hours being catfished and illegally gathering false evidence wouldn't go down too well either. A sure sign of an attorney being fired is starting out on their own rather than working with another firm. The loss of prestige and income is enormous. Pat really is the cancer that kills everything that tries to help him.
