Reminder that Rick's lawsuit has already failed spectacularly on two fronts

Let's be clear - this has been an intimidation lawsuit right from the start. Look at the people pig has gone after so far - Null, Caver and Quasi. Have any of them actually done anything illegal? Well, Null practically didn't even know who the guy was before pig subpoenaed him. Caver made the KF thread, which is essentially just a collection of twitter screenshots with a bit of commentary thrown in - all legal where a public figure is concerned. And then Quasi, who up until now, Patty and his lawyers have been able to find zero evidence of any defamation on his part, even to the point they pushed the hearing back another month.

This has never been about going after people who've actually done something illegal. He just wants to stamp his hooves and get his way by running to an authority figure, as is his way. He wanted to intimidate Null/Caver into removing the KF thread about him and intimidate Quasi into shutting down this site. He accomplished neither thing. He had to walk away from KF with his curly tailed tucked between his legs pretend he was never interested in them in the first place (he just obsessively tweets with glee every time they get DDoS'd and subpoenaed the owner).

If you don't have the time or inclination to read the above, then please at least take away from this that Rick is bulky around the midsection. Perhaps too bulky.
