I doubt it’s 50 grand, remember Fat likes to Fib (bench press 250, etc) in hopes to impress Internet strangers. The house looks like shit, they’ve done zero work to improve it, it’s old and out of date (kitchen and bathrooms are tiny due to being so old) and is about 5 feet from an apartment building.
