Same with his bike.
He used to pay to have it put into storage, now he just leaves it out all winter under a tarp.
Despite for a few years he had a completely empty hovel he could have just wheeled it into.
Or if he wasn't so fat, stupid and lazy, build a ramp and store it in the basement.

It might also be down to the fact that he is a broke bum who lost half his mortgage to a Hindu Forum owner.
