You’re high because that’s hilarious.
m8 i'm rolling joint #3 and finished work an hour ago. The first time I watched this, O&A were still on the air and I didn't really see anything funny about it then besides imagining Pat's beet red face on the other side of the line. It's just like an off topic shitfight, tell a joke or fuck off.

Yeah, his adult aged kids would call into Stern and they would argue with him.

There’s 14 of these on this channel:

They hated him. I was torn, their childhood support from their dad was something like $27 per month while he was doing winters in the Catskills and summers in Vegas. His daughter’s argument was that he talked about her in his act so he should pay her a percentage of his salary. She seemed like a spoiled brat. His son just told him to fuck off and had a normal life, he only talked to him to stick up for his sister.

I think the real problem he had with them was his in laws, they called him a loser when he was broke and a deadbeat when he had money. He took on one of those Guinea grudges Where you never talk to them or anyone who talks to them until they die and you show up at their funeral in a limo. I’d like to see what his will looked like. I’m guessing his last wife hit the jackpot and a few of his grandkids got college money.

He died at 93. That’s a long time for an angry man to live. I’m torn on the son too. In the clip I posted above, I think the son is just sandbagging him on a Maury type show. “I got my own phone and phone number in my room and you still never called.” I’m sure Pat was just pissed at the mother and you know how non vindictive ex wives are. I’m sure it was still a lot of Pat’s fault.

His son just told him to fuck off and had a normal life,
I read something about his son falling on pretty hard times in recent years and waiting for him outside of his apartment when he was still in New York to ask him for help. He ended up not helping him because he wouldn't take down his website, Dear Pat Cooper.

Pat Cooper was hilarious, but he was a deadbeat father who hated his children for reasons that didn't seem to be their fault.
