SXM owns the material they did at XM and Sirius.
Jury is still out on who owns WAAF - WNEW... could very well still be owned the corporation that bought up those stations and likely has no idea they even own it, or probably doesn't even have the master tapes anymore.
It could also be that O&A own the WAAF-WNEW stuff. Their deal with SXM regarding the tapes states they can't be used or sold without 1 out of 2 of O or A's approval. 1/2 is all you need to make a sale.
