If nana was a decent human he could have pushed Joe’s career way beyond his talent. At the ona peak joe could have had 5 great paying gigs per week and could have replaced himself with a good guitar player in one of the cover bands.

Joe was a hustler for a few years that 2u band was on a nice roll If nana was willing to go in with him they could have sold out venues regularly. If they did an early comedy show with nana as the mc and had joes band close the show they could have filled any venue on Long Island and sold beer to fat slobs until 2 am every night. All nana had to do was say, “hey opie what are you doing tonight? Want to meet us at Solomon grundys in farmingdale?”
