Anthony was never qualified to run a media business in the first place, he was a great co-host and on air personality in his prime and that's pretty much all he ever was. Opie also isn't qualified to run it either and neither are any of Anthony's dopey friends.

Anthony of course deludes himself to thinking this was an actual "merger" and not just Gavin giving him an easy out. Wtf does "Compound media" even mean? It has no brand value. A merger does not mean that the dead company overtakes the flagship name.
