They weren't even really bashing him. Nana doesn't understand that the Opster gets up early because he has kids. Gavin is the one that always brings up Opie so they can bash him.

During this show, Gavin brought up people that won't talk to him anymore. Nana said that Bob Kelly won't talk to him anymore. Last time was when Bobby told Nana to call Burr to apologize and make up with him.

I actually admire opie's commitment and energy especially at that age.
