That was Ozone. Of Ozone Midget Sighting fame. Scorch called into the show once and said that Ozone cut off his penis and was using a woman's name and everyone mocked him for being an idiot and believing it. But sure enough it turned out to be true and Ozone hanged himself in typical troon fashion a few years later or whatever.
