Kansas City isn't too bad (compared to STL). It's split nearly in half by one street into mostly niggery and not-as-niggery sections, so you know where to avoid. But that doesn't mean they don't wander over into the better parts of the city from time to time to conduct mischief.
Missouri only really has those two and, maybe, Columbia counts as a city. I'm on the Kansas side of things so I'm pretty far from there.
