So why would Robert have a notification that says he can reply if the entire point is to keep him from replying?

Actually there is a dual explanation, I am both a stlaker of Pat and a supplemental medicare insurance customer of his. It's a complicated relationship we have. I get 173 dollars a month cash, a medicalert bracelet, prescription coverage, cellular one service, and 15% off of Denny's before 5PM Monday-Thursday excluding locations in KS, OK, and Utah. Pretty sweet.
