How did Anthony come to the conclusion he needed such a large staff for so many years?

It’s this right here. The high school flunkie turned dropout never thought of consequences beyond the moment. This niggerly behavior in his youth landed him with an ugly wife and a job he hated in air conditioning repair, and then the same behavior cost him his dream job in radio 20 years later when he was a senior citizen.
Anthony could’ve done literally nothing after July 2014 and still had more money, goodwill and friends than he has in 2024. Instead he fucked it up like the habitual fuck up he is and has been his entire life, because he can’t help but be himself. Typical FAC.

He is serially terrified of confrontation and that probably extends to terror of responsibility/work. He just gave the keys to his retarded rat neighbor and the boomer fumbled through what they were told ten years earlier is how you run a program.
Wet brain or not, CP Media could have been enormous. Not only did it start at a crucial time but all those others like Crowder were mostly grass roots. He could have launchpadded off his legacy audience and made one of the country's biggest political grift networks... if only he wasn't so lazy.

Cumia really didn't have a large staff considering he had a physical studio and a dozen shows that no one listens to. All of your standard popular podcasts might have their own "Jamie" but then an entire trailer of neckbeards off camera doing shit. Drew cost bottom dollar and Garrett had a career skillset that didn't translate out of early 2000s radio. He probably paid both guys $100K total. There was no way Erock was making any real money.

Someone in another thread said something like "he was probably just waiting for someone else to come in and take charge" and that seems about right to me. The "legendary" Cumia branding was supposed to be the draw but then a ship-steerer was to be signed on eventually, and AntH could just Haha Holy Shit! his way through shows while somebody else did the gruntwork.
I'd think Keith probably encouraged him to take it from Live at the Compound and try to make it a "real" show, and AntH went along with it because clearly someone at some point is going to come in and take charge, and then it just never happened and Nana had no plan B.
