If I can offer a small alternative I was (good god, I'll have to deal with the retards pouncing on this) about 15-20 lbs higher than I wanted to be, the covid knocked off 20 lbs, nothing lowers calories better than not tasting the shit you eat. About a 1-2 pounds a day. I swear in all seriousness every time my weight creeps up I get some shitty stomach flu that brings it inline lol. Maybe Rick just needs aids or cancer to get in shape. Just saying.I specialize in this! You can drop a pound a week and hit your goal before 2022 by maintaining a 500 calorie/day deficit, which will lead to roughly one pound per week of fat loss.
In order to ramp this up and ensure you get your daily deficit, I recommend a week of tracking every bite (Myfitnesspal is a free app that can do 90% of the work for you) and a daily walk of 30-60 minutes. If you have a fitness tracker it will even talk to the food app and reconcile calories in and calories out…as a racist pedophile once said, ‘ANYBODY CAN DO IT’
