I think that’s been Judge Ashley’s thoughts all along, the case makes zero sense and hasn’t even been able to identify one person out of 60 to sue. He hasn’t even been able to start the case due to everything being vague and Resto looking stupid. He grants extensions because he thinks it will get dropped when someone runs out of money for this ridiculous lawsuit. Every hearing has been Resto explaining they need more time and will soon be able to actually begin the case.
